WELCOME
Our Group runs four circles, writing, reading, poetry and theatre.
The first three meet during the academic term on the first, second and third Tuesday of the month respectively, with the occasional workshop, both writing and poetry.
In addition to all this, the NLG Theatre Group runs probably the most pleasurable theatre trips several times a year, to places as far apart as London and Stratford, with an occasional trip to the opera or ballet for those who are interested.
We have also run an international poetry competition for the last fourteen years, but are changing over this year to a flash fiction competition (see the link on the left). And we celebrate our activities with an annual dinner in the depths of winter.

Membership is £10 a year, which entitles you to enjoy three of our circles*.
We meet at the University of Northampton, Park Campus, Boughton Green Road, 7.30 to 9.30 pm. Tol find us click on the two maps in the column on the left.
We are always happy to welcome new members. Our season begins in October, but join us any time.
